About the Prospect

Process and manage inbound sales orders from distributors, order acknowledgments, special pricing approvals, and coordinate shipments and returns.

Provide daily administrative support including maintaining accounts, preparing product information for e‑stores, and fulfilling ad‑hoc requests from management.

Serve as the primary point of contact for distributor and customer inquiries, track complaints and ensure a high standard of service across all interactions.

About You

Detail‑oriented and process‑driven, with the ability to manage high volumes of transactions accurately and efficiently in a fast‑paced workplace.

Strong communicator who can handle customer and distributor inquiries professionally, resolve issues, and collaborate cross‑functionally with internal teams.

Organized self‑starter with experience in order management or administrative roles; familiarity with Salesforce and SharePoint is an asset.

Pay Range

$50,000 - $60,000 per year
