With over a decade of leadership experience, you will work closely with site and executive leadership to achieve high-impact results while building organizational capability in Lean and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities:
Oversee deployment of the Cadre Operating Model across sites
Translate high-level strategies into actionable operational plans
Lead initiatives enhancing Inventory, Cost, and Employee Engagement




Mentor and support Plant Managers in operational practices
Facilitate workshops and events to accelerate learning Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related fields
10+ years of experience in Operational Excellence or Manufacturing
Proven ability in leading large-scale transformations
Expertise in Lean, Kaizen, and Daily Management techniques
