As a Bilingual Inside Sales Representative (English/French), you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, emails, and other customer inquiries, providing accurate product information and pricing, and preparing quotes and order entries. The role includes nurturing relationships with existing and prospective customers, identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling, and supporting the inside sales team in achieving revenue and growth targets.
