You will manage a team of seven, ensuring adherence to IFRS and effective communication of variances. Your solid analytical capabilities will guide process improvement and audit compliance, reflecting your commitment to high standards in financial reporting throughout all CTC business units.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee adherence to IFRS and internal accounting policies
• Ensure accuracy in Dealer Contract related calculations




• Report significant financial variances to stakeholders
• Supervise monthly close processes, including journal entry reviews
• Build strong audit and internal team relations

Requirements:
• Degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting
• CPA certification essential
• Minimum 6+ years in Finance or Accounting, with 2+ years in management
• Proven track record in team leadership
• Proficient in financial software including Oracle and MS Office
