Data Scientist
Location: Onsite - Montreal

Key Responsibilities

Design and deploy AI agents that improve workflow efficiency and scalability

Design and integrate AI agents within existing infrastructure to reduce manual intervention and increase system-level efficiency

Rapidly prototype, test, and deploy production-ready systems

Measure impact through performance, efficiency, and revenue metrics

Continuously iterate based on live data and user feedback

What We’re Looking For

1-5+ years of relevant experience in building and deploying AI-driven products or systems

Proven builder: products, systems, startups, or internal tools that shipped

Strong knowledge of LLMs, agent frameworks, automation pipelines, and applied AI systems





Ability to move from concept -- MVP -- production quickly

Comfort operating in ambiguity

Bias toward execution and measurable outcomes

Experience in digital media, growth, or performance-driven environments is a plus but not required.
