Candidates should have in-depth ministry experience and a heartfelt dedication to serving others through effective leadership strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage daily ministry activities with a strategic vision
• Collaborate to advance the mission of Camp Caroline
• Oversee project execution and operational planning
• Maintain an annual budget of no less than $1,500,000




• Build and maintain positive relationships within the team

Requirements:
• Genuine faith in Jesus and affiliation with an evangelical community
• 5–7 years of demonstrated leadership in ministry settings
• Strong planning, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to approach sensitive issues with respect
• Physical capacity to work in diverse conditions and lift 25kg
