You'll work closely with internal teams, leadership, and clients daily, with local travel to client sites expected as a regular part of the role. The position offers a base salary of CAD $80,000 to $100,000 depending on experience and qualifications.What You'll Be DoingServing as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for a portfolio of managed client accountsConducting regular onsite and offsite client meetings to assess needs, communicate roadmaps, and align technology with business goalsIdentifying and developing new opportunities within your existing client base to support their growth (minimal outside sales required)Overseeing and managing Professional Services projects from scoping through deliveryHandling service escalations with professionalism and urgencyMaintaining accurate client playbooks, forecasts, and account plansOnboarding recent clients and ensuring a smooth,
