Duties

- Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas, and common spaces
- Use cleaning tools and products effectively to remove dust, dirt, stains, and clutter
- Manage laundry tasks such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing clothing and linens
- Maintain organized cleaning supplies and equipment to ensure efficiency and safety
- Communicate clearly with clients to understand their specific cleaning needs and preferences
- Manage time effectively to complete assigned tasks within scheduled appointments
- Provide excellent customer service by being courteous, respectful, and attentive to client requests

Experience





- Previous experience in residential cleaning or hospitality is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in French is a plus
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards of cleanliness
- Basic knowledge of cleaning techniques, laundry procedures, and safe handling of cleaning products
- Demonstrated time management skills to meet deadlines consistently
- Friendly attitude with a focus on delivering outstanding customer service
