Fresh and Orderly is looking for experienced residential cleaners to take on recurring client routes in Edmonton and surrounding areas.

Please read the first section carefully — this is a subcontract arrangement, not a job, and we would rather you know that now than on a phone call.

What this is

You are self-employed. You invoice us for completed work. There is no payroll, no source deductions, no T4 — that side stays with you.

- Flat rate per job. You know the rate before you accept.
- You choose what you take. Offers come to you; accept or decline freely, no penalty either way.
- Non-exclusive. Keep your own clients and work with other companies. Many of our subcontractors do.
- Your own equipment and supplies. Vacuum, mop, cloths, products.
- You invoice us and are paid on our standard cycle.

If you are looking for hourly wages, scheduled shifts, or an employer who supplies equipment, this is not the right fit — and that is completely fine.

The work

Recurring residential maintenance cleans for established clients — weekly, biweekly and monthly. The value is in the repetition: once a client is on your route, that job comes back on a predictable cycle, and you build a relationship with a home you already know.

A typical clean covers kitchens, bathrooms, floors, dusting and general tidying in occupied homes. Most are straightforward. Jobs are matched to your area so you are not crossing the city between them.

What we're looking for

- Prior residential cleaning experience — paid work, whether employed, subcontracted, or your own clients
- Your own equipment and supplies




- Reliable transportation to reach client homes
- Willingness to provide a police information check (you are entering people's homes)
- Comfort with flat-rate-per-job pay
- Consistency and communication — clients notice when the same person shows up on time and does the job the same way each visit
