Kempenfelt Home Cleaning is a growing residential cleaning company serving Barrie, Simcoe County, and Clearview County. We're looking for experienced, reliable cleaning subcontractors to join our team on a part-time, contract basis.
We are building a reputation for exceptional service, and we're looking for genuinely experienced cleaners who help us keep clients happy and coming back – this is not an entry -level role.
What you'll do
- Perform thorough residential cleaning (kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas) per each job's scope
- Communicate clearly with the client and with Kempenfelt about job details, timing, and any concerns
- Bring a professional, detail-oriented approach to every home you clean

What we're looking for
- Significant prior skilled cleaning experience – we prioritized experienced cleaners since our focus is on retaining happy, recurring clients – not one-off jobs
- Reliable transportation with a professional appearance, including a clean and well-maintained vehicle, as it represents both you and the company
- Must provide own cleaning supplies and equipment (most clients prefer you use their own – this will be clarified before each job)
- Comfortable working independently in clients' homes
- Must be able to pass a basic criminal background check (covered by Kempenfelt) prior to first booking
