We are seeking friendly, efficient, and team-oriented servers to join our new restaurant team. The ideal candidate will provide excellent guest service, maintain food safety and sanitation standards, and help create a welcoming atmosphere for all guests.

This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tables effectively in a fast-paced environment. Previous restaurant experience and familiarity with POS systems preferred.

As a Server, you will play an important role in delivering an outstanding dining experience, supporting food and beverage service, and identifying opportunities to upsell menu items while ensuring guests feel well taken care of.

Responsibilities

- Greet guests warmly and present menus in a friendly and enthusiastic manner
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems
- Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and quality
- Follow proper food handling, sanitation, and food safety procedures at all times
- Manage multiple tables efficiently through strong organization and time management
- Recommend and upsell menu items while maintaining a focus on excellent guest service
- Process payments accurately,



including cash handling and basic math calculations
- Maintain the cleanliness of dining areas, including clearing and sanitizing tables
- Assist with kitchen or food preparation tasks as needed to support restaurant operations
- Respond to guest questions and concerns promptly and professionally
- Work collaboratively with the team to help ensure smooth restaurant operations

Qualifications
- Previous experience in food service or hospitality is preferred
- Familiarity with POS systems
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation procedures, and proper food handling techniques
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math skills for cashiering and billing
- Experience with serving, upselling, cash handling, or other food service operations is desirable
- Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
- Flexibility to work during peak hours, including evenings and weekends as needed

Pay: $19.00-$21.00 per hour
