Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Restaurant Manager to lead our vibrant dining establishment. Responsibilities

- Supervise all restaurant activities, including food preparation, serving, and kitchen operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
- Lead and motivate a diverse team of staff members, including hiring, training, coaching, and conducting performance evaluations.
- Manage food handling procedures and ensure compliance with food safety regulations and sanitation standards.
- Oversee cash handling processes and operate POS systems such as Micros POS to process transactions accurately.
- Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and control costs to maximize profitability while maintaining quality standards.
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints promptly, and ensure guests have an outstanding dining experience.




- Conduct interviews for prospective employees and participate in team scheduling to meet operational needs.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in food service or restaurant management with a strong background in food preparation, cooking, and kitchen operations.
- Demonstrated supervising experience with leadership skills in team management and staff development.
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS and cash handling procedures.
- Knowledge of food safety protocols and food handling regulations within the food industry.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous restaurant or hospitality experience is highly preferred; hotel or barista experience is a plus.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interview candidates effectively and foster a collaborative team atmosphere.
