Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and customer-oriented Server to join our team. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, taking orders, delivering food and beverages, and ensuring a positive dining experience. Duties

- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Present menus to guests and answer any questions regarding menu items
- Take accurate food and drink orders from guests
- Relay orders to the kitchen and ensure timely delivery of food and beverages
- Check on guests throughout their meal to ensure satisfaction
- Clear tables and reset them for the next guest
- Process guest payments using a POS system
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow
- Assist with cleaning duties to maintain cleanliness in the dining area and restrooms

Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Server or in the food industry is required
- Knowledge of food handling, sanitation, and safety procedures
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively




- Strong communication skills to interact with guests and team members
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Upselling skills to promote additional menu items or specials
- Working knowledge of Cantonese cuisine including dim sum is preferred
- Cantonese and/or Mandarin speaking is preferred
