Duties

- Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs
- Operate the POS (Point of Sale) system efficiently for transactions, returns, and exchanges
- Handle cash, credit card payments, and perform accurate cash handling procedures
- Conduct product demos and makeup applications to showcase features and benefits
- Upsell additional items by understanding customer preferences and promoting relevant products
- Maintain organized merchandising displays to attract customer attention and maximize sales
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries in multiple languages if applicable
- Support front desk responsibilities,



including managing queues and directing customers appropriately

Requirements

- Proven experience in retail sales or cashiering roles preferred but not required; training provided
- Strong communication skills in English and Punjabi ; multilingual or bilingual abilities are a plus
- Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling procedures
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively during busy periods
- Basic math skills for accurate transactions and change calculations
- Ability to perform product demonstrations, including makeup application if relevant to the store’s offerings
- Customer service-oriented mindset with a friendly, energetic attitude
- Capable of standing for extended periods and performing physical tasks related to merchandising and front desk duties
- Applicant must have G Licence to make some deliveries by company's transportation system ( like on Cargo Van or pick-up truck)
