Job Title: Senior CRM Developer (Dynamics 365)

Location: Oshawa, ON (Onsite)

Client: Public Sector

Duration: 12+ Months (Extension Possible)

Note:

We are looking for a Senior CRM Developer with solid Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) experience. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in CRM development, integrations, and Microsoft tech stack, with the ability to deliver scalable enterprise solutions.

Key Skills
Strong experience with Dynamics 365 CRM (D365)
Proficiency in C#, .NET, ASP.NET
Experience with MS SQL Server
Hands-on with Web Services / APIs (REST/SOAP)
Knowledge of XML, batch processing, Windows settings
Experience with system integration, middleware, and design patterns

Experience
5+ years in CRM / application development
Experience with custom portals, legacy systems, and integrations




Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
Public sector experience is a plus

Other Skills
Basic knowledge of IAM / OKTA / security
Robust communication and stakeholder management skills
Experience gathering and documenting requirements

Responsibilities
Design, develop, and support D365 CRM applications
Build integrations using APIs and web services
Perform coding, testing, debugging, and deployment
Troubleshoot and provide post-implementation support
Collaborate with stakeholders and document solutions
