This leadership role promotes innovation and continuous improvement in emergency operations while managing substantial budgets and resources. Key Responsibilities:
Lead daily operations in emergency services
Supervise team performance and workload balance




Implement innovative emergency operation initiatives
Develop and enforce operational guidelines and SOGs
Enhance relationships within the department and external agencies Requirements:
5 years in emergency services; 2 in leadership
Robust communication and decision-making skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office programs
Valid Class 5 Alberta Operator's license
