We're looking for an experienced Registered Nurse to facilitate quality care for clients at Lillooet Hospital. In this role, you will assess and adapt care plans while coordinating health services that promote client independence and well-being. Your participation in ongoing education and community collaboration will drive the improvement of care delivered at the facility.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assess client needs and create personalized care strategies
• Provide direct nursing care and coordinate with health providers




• Improve clients' quality of life through comprehensive support
• Engage in continual career development and practice improvements
• Involve in designated health committees and research projects
Requirements:
• Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing
• Current practicing registration with BCCNM
• B.C. driver’s license necessary
• Use of personal vehicle may be required
