Qualifications
Immediate, open position
$93,330 - $103,700 annual compensation
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Quality or related field preferred
5–8+ years automotive quality systems experience (Tier 1 preferred)
Solid knowledge of IATF 16949 and OEM requirements
Experience with core tools and problem‑solving methods

Preferred Certifications
IATF 16949 Lead Auditor
ASQ Certified Quality Auditor (CQA)
Solid leadership and communication skills
Systems thinking and problem‑solving mindset
Ability to manage multiple OEM requirements

Main Duties
Lead QMS aligned with IATF 16949 and Magna Quality Standards
Ensure compliance with OEM systems (GM BIQS, Stellantis CQS, Honda, Nissan, Mercedes‑Benz, Tesla requirements)
Interface with customers on Quality Expectations and customer requirements
Train team members on G‑Car process




Manage internal audit program and audit readiness
Lead corrective actions and systemic improvements (5‑Why, 8D, Red X)
Maintain documentation and support management review
Track KPIs and report system performance
Provide cross‑functional coaching and support
Perform other duties as required
