The job is weather dependent and requires some travelling. Depending on how big the job, overtime hours might be needed. Accommodation will be provided. Wage starts at $22/hour with bonus at the end of the season. Workers are paid per month.

On the job training will be provided. This work is physically demanding seasonal job. Duties will include performing a range of tasks necessary for the installation of rubber paving.

- Preparing job site (unpack, sort, organize tools, equipment setup and cleaning)
- Assist with miscellaneous tasks as needed

Requirements
- Ability to maintain security and viability of the company
- Understand and perform safe working practices to ensure a safe working environment
- Ability to manage time effectively to meet deadlines
- Ability to listen to others, communicate effectively and respond positively to feedback on job performance
- Ability to explain basic technical procedures to others
- Solid hand and eye coordination
- Ability to maintain concentration, problem solving and accurately perform repetitive job tasks




- Ability to lift up to 45kg (100 lbs) on a frequent basis during critical work periods
- Ability to work with allergenic material (including, but not limited to, rubber, cement, binder, disposable gloves)
- Ability to work outdoors with allergens and warm temperatures
- Ability to work longer hours, weekends, and holidays
- Must be willing to travel around Southwest Saskatchewan and Alberta
