Duties

- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service to enhance their shopping experience
- Assist customers in selecting products, demonstrating features, and answering questions about merchandise
- Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately for cash handling, credit card transactions, and receipts
- Conduct product demos and explain features to promote sales and customer understanding
- Manage merchandising displays to ensure attractive presentation and stock availability
- Upsell complementary products to maximize sales opportunities
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales floor, checkout area, and stockroom
- Handle customer inquiries via phone or in person with professionalism and courtesy




- Perform basic math calculations for transactions, discounts, and change accuracy
- Ensure compliance with cash handling procedures and security protocols

Skills

- Multilingual abilities are highly valued to serve diverse customer needs effectively
- Proven experience in retail sales or technology sales with a focus on product demonstrations and technical explanations
- Strong communication skills in English; bilingual proficiency is a plus for engaging a wider customer base
- Excellent organizational skills to manage merchandising, inventory, and time efficiently
- Proficiency with POS systems, cash handling, and basic math for accurate transactions
- Customer service orientation with a friendly attitude and phone etiquette skills
- Ability to upsell products confidently while maintaining a positive shopping experience
- Time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy periods
- Technical sales experience is preferred for explaining product features clearly and persuasively
