As we continue to grow, we are seeking an energetic, client-focused Field Sales Representative to join our team and help expand our commercial and residential client base.

*Job Overview*We are looking for a motivated, energetic, and results-driven Sales & Marketing Manager to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, generating new business opportunities, and helping customers find solutions that meet their needs.The Sales & Marketing Manager plays a key role in *expanding our *customer base, increasing recurring revenue, and developing long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

- Acquire new commercial clients
- Grow the existing client base
- Generate leads through calls, referrals, and site visits.
- Assess customer needs and recommend the right security solutions.
- Prepare quotes, proposals and contracts
- Follow up with clients and close sales
- Meet sales targets and maintain a strong pipeline
- Coordinate with installation and support teams for smooth service
- Keep accurate records in CRM and stay updated on industry trends

Qualifications

- Bachelor?s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 2+ years of experience in field sales, business development, or account management (B2B or B2C).
- Strong communication, negotiation,



and presentation skills.
- Comfortable conducting on-site visits, demonstrations, and consultations.
- Experience with CRM systems and digital sales tools.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.

Pay: $60,000.00-$120,000.00 per year
