As a Sales Associate, you will play a vital role in creating a welcoming shopping environment, assisting customers with their needs, and driving sales through effective upselling techniques.

Responsibilities

- Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs.
- Engage with customers to understand their preferences and provide tailored recommendations.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently while maintaining cash register integrity.
- Utilize upselling techniques to enhance the customer shopping experience and increase sales.
- Maintain knowledge of current promotions, product features, and store policies to effectively communicate with customers.
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette when answering customer inquiries or taking orders over the phone.
- Organize merchandise on the sales floor and ensure displays are visually appealing and well-stocked.




- Manage time effectively to balance multiple tasks in a fast-paced retail environment.

Requirements

- Bilingual proficiency is preferred to communicate effectively with diverse customers.
- Previous experience in retail sales or cashiering is highly desirable.
- Strong cash handling skills with attention to detail in processing transactions.
- Ability to upsell products confidently while maintaining customer satisfaction.
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during busy periods.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers quickly.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn about new products and services offered in-store.
