Are you organized, reliable, and good with people? Do you enjoy an engaging and fast-paced work environment? We’re looking for a full-time Sales Associate to join our growing team. This role is a mix of office support, customer service,, and day-to-day studio operations.

Primary Location

- Coquitlam Downtown

Secondary Location

- Surrey City Centre 1 (in front of Surrey Hospital)

**Will need availability to work at both locations.

About Us

We’re a busy photography studio specializing in passport and ID photos, headshots, photo printing, and personalized photo gifts (no experience needed, we provide all training). Our environment is fast-paced, customer-focused, and detail-oriented.

What You’ll Do

- Greet and assist customers in person and over the phone
- Answer customer questions and provide friendly service
- Help with daily administrative tasks and record keeping
- Process customer orders, sales, and payments
- Assist with passport/ID photos and photo printing
- Use basic computer software and learn Adobe Photoshop
- Keep the studio clean, organized, and running smoothly
- Occasionally cover shifts at another location when needed

What We’re Looking For

- Organized, reliable, and punctual




- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Comfortable using computers and typing
- Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented and willing to learn
- Qualified, friendly, and positive
- Available full-time, including weekends
- Previous admin, customer service, retail, or sales experience is an asset

Schedule & Availability

- Full-time position: 30–40 hours per week
- Open availability required, including weekdays and weekends
- Primary location is Coquitlam Downtown and Secondary is Surrey City Centre
- Occasional shifts may be scheduled at our Downtown Calgary location
