What you'll do
Welcome guests with professionalism and genuine hospitality
Prepare cocktails accurately and consistently
Serve wine, beer, and spirits with confidence
Maintain an efficient pace in a high-volume bar
Keep your bar area clean, organized, and inviting
Work closely with servers and management to ensure excellent service
Help create the energetic and welcoming Délice atmosphere
Follow all sanitation, safety, and cash handling procedures

What we're looking for
Minimum of 2 years of bartending or high-volume restaurant experience
Solid knowledge of wine, spirits, and cocktail preparation
Professional appearance and attitude
Fast, organized, friendly, and able to work independently
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Reliable, motivated, and a strong team player
Fluency in French is required. English is an asset to provide quality service to our occasional English-speaking guests.
