About the Role

As a Customer Experience Representative, you’ll be part of a cooperative, customer-focused team. You will:
Welcome customers and support them in finding products that fit their needs
Engage in thoughtful, consultative conversations to understand preferences
Share clear, accurate information about our products
Promote safe, socially responsible consumption
Build your expertise through continuous training and learning
