Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and develop the HR Business Partner team
• Allocate resources for consistent HR service delivery

• Address employee relations and complaints management
Requirements:
• Post-secondary education in Human Resources
• CPHR designation preferred
• 8+ years in HR within complex environments
• Experience in workforce planning and change management
