Job Schedule Day Shift

Compensation Between $79,500 - $129,500 annually

Essential Functions

Conduct export jurisdiction and classification reviews under ITAR, EAR, EIPA, CGP and DPA.

Support Canadian HS and US Schedule B and HTS classifications.

Support export CJ and CCR request processes as needed.

Review supplier and OEM classifications and document internal concurrence or re‑classification for export/import.

Assist engineering teams with development, training, and application of “design for export” concepts.

Provide training related to Trade Compliance to the engineering team.

Qualifications

Bachelor in Engineering or comparable technical education/experience equivalence.

Knowledge of ITAR, EAR, EIPA, CGP, DPA and Customs regulations.

Strong organizational, verbal, and written communication skills.

Attention to detail and ability to learn complex laws and regulations.

Proficiency in conducting detailed research across engineering disciplines and assessing applicable jurisdiction, classification and legal regulatory requirements.

Ability to perform duties with minimal supervision and participate in cross‑functional projects.

Experience with OCR EASE is an asset.





Work experience in the aerospace/defense industry.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Willingness to take on project ownership and accountability.

Up to 10% travel required.

Minimum five years in a technical role exposed to a broad range of technologies.

Eligibility Criteria

Eligible for registration with the Controlled Goods Program.

Eligible to obtain and maintain a Government of Canada Reliability status and Secret Level 2/NATO Secret security clearance.

Eligible to meet U.S. ITAR requirements.
