Overview Midtown is searching for a Membership Sales Advisor to attract members to our premium fitness clubs. The position and responsibilities are described below in a concise, professional format.
Primary Responsibilities Initiate and sell memberships in a consultative manner
Meet sales goals and generate leads through prospecting, networking, and member referrals
Promote and attend club social events
Serve as club ambassador to local businesses, corporations, and community members
Build lasting relationships with prospective and current members
Sales Advisor Requirements Previous sales experience with a proven track record of success
Exceptional interpersonal skills
Highly motivated and able to communicate effectively
Passionate about helping others improve the quality of their lives
Able and willing to listen to feedback and apply it moving forward
