Your responsibilities will involve conducting preventative maintenance, repairs, and routine installations to keep our systems operational. Key Responsibilities:
• Perform site inspections and supervise alarm systems
• Conduct preventative maintenance on primary systems




• Undertake repairs and corrective actions
• Apply expertise in UPS, generators, and life safety systems
• Respond to and manage on-site incidents
Requirements:
• Journeyman-level or 4th-year HVAC apprenticeship
• Over 3 years of relevant experience
• Strong troubleshooting skills and physical capability
• Experience in critical facility environments
• Bilingual in English and French
