As a Sales Consultant, you'll help customers celebrate life's most meaningful moments by guiding them through our selection of fine jewellery, custom designs, gifts, and services. Whether assisting with a special purchase, coordinating repairs, or helping bring a custom piece to life, you'll play an important role in creating an outstanding experience for every customer who walks through our doors.

We're looking for someone who is professional, organized, dependable, and passionate about delivering personalized service while maintaining the highest level of accuracy and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

- Welcome customers with a warm, friendly, and professional approach.
- Build lasting relationships by providing knowledgeable, personalized service.
- Listen carefully to customers' needs and confidently recommend products and services that suit their style, occasion, and budget.
- Assist with custom jewellery consultations, repairs, special orders, and follow-up communication.
- Process sales, payments, and other POS transactions accurately.
- Maintain detailed records and ensure all paperwork and customer information is completed accurately.
- Help merchandise showcases and maintain clean, organized, and visually appealing displays.
- Assist with inventory management,



receiving merchandise, tagging, and stock organization.
- Answer phone calls, respond to customer inquiries, and schedule appointments when needed.
- Work collaboratively with the team to create a welcoming and professional store environment.

What We're Looking For

- Previous experience in retail sales, jewellery, or customer service is considered an asset.
- A genuine passion for helping people and creating memorable customer experiences.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Professional, trustworthy, and dependable with a positive attitude.
- Comfortable learning about jewellery, gemstones, custom design, and repair services.
- Experience with POS systems, cash handling, and basic computer skills.
- Ability to work independently while contributing positively to a team environment.
