Sales Executive – Automotive Dealership

We are looking for a motivated, professional, and outgoing Sales Executive to join our growing automotive team.

You do not need previous automotive sales experience. We provide training and support to help you succeed. However, previous sales or customer-service experience in any industry is an asset.

- Previous sales experience is an asset — automotive experience is not required
- Professional, confident, and well-presented
- Strong customer-service skills

- Comfortable meeting and speaking with customers in person
- Social, outgoing, and proactive
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Willing to learn and take coaching/training
- Reliable and organized
- Must be willing to work weekends
- Valid G or G2 driver's licence
- Must be willing to obtain OMVIC certification if not already licensed

Responsibilities
- Build strong relationships with customers
- Respond to customer inquiries and follow up with leads
- Present vehicles professionally and assist customers throughout the sales process
- Generate new sales opportunities through social and in-person networking
- Conduct vehicle presentations and test drives
- Negotiate and close deals




- Maintain a professional and positive customer experience
- Pick up and drop off vehicles and licensing documents when required
- Coordinate vehicle pickups/drop-offs at safety and service shops
- Complete other dealership and sales-related tasks as needed

OMVIC: Must have or be willing to obtain

Weekend availability: Required

Compensation: Commission-based

Pay: $38,284.52-$75,000.00 per year
