What You'll Be Doing

- Safely operate a loader to move, stockpile, and load aggregate materials.
- Conduct daily equipment inspections and report maintenance concerns promptly.
- Load customer trucks accurately and efficiently while maintaining production targets.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in accordance with company standards.
- Collaborate with team members to support plant operations and achieve operational goals.

- Ability to perform equipment inspections and identify operational or maintenance concerns.

- Reliable, self-motivated, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.

Conditions of Employment





- Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination and background check.

Work Environment

- Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
