We are a specialized supplier of high-performance WISP (Wireless Internet Service Provider) antennas, FWA antennas and hardware, managing a growing corporate client base across Canada and the United States. We operate as a streamlined, efficient 3-person team in Lethbridge. We look for one Sales Operations Specialist to join our team. Because we are a close-knit team, we value someone with a strong sense of team spirit who is always ready to support colleagues without rigid boundaries.

Location: Lethbridge downtown, AB

Job Type: Full-time (7.5 paid hours/day with a 1-hour unpaid lunch break, 37.5 hours/week)

Regulatory & Compliance Notice:

This position is bound by regulatory and compliance requirements with the Government of Alberta. To meet specific program criteria, this role is strictly limited to Canadian Citizens or Permanent Residents (PR) only. Compensation & Benefits

- Competitive Hourly Wage:
- Probation Period (First 3 Months): $24.00 / hour
- Post-Probation:



Increases to $27.00 / hour upon successful 3-month review.
- Sales Incentive: 0.8% commission on total Lethbridge company sales starts from Day 1. (Calculated and distributed quarterly; employee must be actively employed on the date of payout to receive the commission. No pro-rated commission will be issued upon resignation or termination.)
- Hours: Monday to Friday, 7.5 paid hours per day (with a 1 hour unpaid lunch break daily).
- Generous Paid Time Off: 3 weeks of paid vacation per year (higher than the Alberta provincial standard) from your first year.
- Commuter Subsidy: $100.00 / month allowance to help cover your fuel, parking, or transit costs.

Key Responsibilities

- Sales & Customer Support: Serve as the primary point of contact for daily customer inquiries via email and phone. Handle basic business consultations and maintain professional client communications within the office.
- Digital Content Operations: Maintain and enhance the company's online visibility by updating website and social media content weekly as new materials become available.
- Exhibition Coordination: Oversee internal coordination, preparation of marketing materials,



and digital communication for key WISP industry exhibitions (no physical travel or booth-standing required).
- Business Intelligence & Competitor Tracking: Monitor and collect industry news, technological advancements, and competitor activities through desk research. Compile and deliver a concise market intelligence report to the Managing Director on a monthly basis.
- Quarterly Performance Analysis: At the end of each quarter, generate comprehensive sales reports analyzing revenue records, product quality issues, customer feedback, emerging market trends, and new technologies.
- Product Development Proposals: Formulate data-driven, constructive suggestions for new product development at the end of each quarter, utilizing customer feedback and competitive analysis.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Education: Bachelor’s degree or College Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, International Trade, Communications, or a related field.
- Languages: Full professional proficiency in English (both written and spoken) with excellent telephone etiquette.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Advanced Excel for data tracking, sorting, and reporting. Familiarity with CRM systems is a solid asset.
- Soft Skills: Exceptionally detail-oriented, highly organized, and possesses strong analytical and report-writing skills.

Pay: $24.00-$27.00 per hour
