Responsibilities

- Engage with prospective clients through outside sales efforts, building rapport and understanding their business needs
- Develop new business opportunities by identifying potential markets and outreach strategies
- Negotiate contracts and pricing to secure mutually beneficial agreements that align with company goals
- Manage existing accounts to ensure customer satisfaction, retention, and growth through proactive communication and support
- Collaborate with marketing teams to implement campaigns that generate leads and increase brand awareness




- Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM tools to track sales activities, pipeline progress, and customer interactions
- Conduct analysis of market trends and customer feedback to refine sales approaches and identify new opportunities

Qualifications

- Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or technology sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively
- Experience in business development and account management within a competitive workplace
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish preferred for broader client engagement
- Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM platforms for managing customer data and sales pipelines
- Demonstrated analysis skills to interpret market data and customer insights for strategic planning
- Customer service orientation with a proactive attitude toward problem-solving and relationship building
- Technical sales experience is a plus, especially related to technology products or services
