- Manage cash handling, POS (Point of Sale) transactions, and cashiering duties accurately while maintaining excellent customer service standards.
- Upsell additional products or services by highlighting benefits that meet customer needs, increasing overall sales.
- Maintain merchandising standards, organize product displays, and ensure shelves are well-stocked and visually appealing.
- Utilize strong communication skills to answer customer inquiries via phone or in person, providing timely and helpful information.




- Demonstrate technical sales experience by explaining complex product features in an understandable way to diverse audiences.
- Manage time effectively to balance multiple customer interactions while ensuring a positive shopping experience.

Qualifications

- Multilingual abilities or bilingual skills are highly desirable to connect with a diverse customer base.
- Previous experience in retail sales, technology sales, or related fields is preferred.
- Strong communication skills with excellent phone etiquette and customer service orientation.
- Basic math skills for cash handling, POS transactions, and inventory management.
- Experience with merchandising, POS systems, cashiering, and cash handling procedures.
- Technical sales experience involving product demos and explaining features clearly to customers.
- Organizational skills and time management capabilities to prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Ability to work well within a team environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
