SAP Treasury Consultant (TRM)

Overview

Client is seeking an experienced

SAP Treasury Consultant to support and enhance its SAP Treasury and Cash Management landscape. The consultant will work closely with finance, business stakeholders, and technical teams to optimize treasury operations, improve cash visibility, and support SAP transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

- Configure, implement, and support

SAP Treasury and Risk Management (TRM)

and

Cash Management solutions.

- Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP Treasury solutions.

- Configure and support Treasury processes including:

- Cash Management

- Bank Account Management

- Liquidity Planning

- Cash Positioning

- Payment Processing

- Electronic Bank Statement (EBS)

- In-House Cash (preferred)

- Work with finance teams on treasury operations, banking integrations, and payment processes.

- Integrate SAP Treasury with

SAP FI/CO

, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and General Ledger.

- Support bank connectivity, payment interfaces, and treasury reporting.

- Perform system testing, troubleshooting, defect resolution, and production support.

- Create functional specifications and collaborate with ABAP developers on custom developments.

- Support UAT, end-user training, documentation, and knowledge transfer.





- Participate in SAP upgrades, enhancements, and future S/4HANA initiatives.

Required Skills & Experience

- 8+ years of SAP consulting experience.

- Robust hands-on experience with

SAP Treasury and Risk Management (TRM)

.

- Experience with

SAP Cash Management

,

Bank Account Management

, and

Liquidity Management

.

- Strong knowledge of

SAP FI integration.

- Experience with Electronic Bank Statement (EBS), payment processing, and banking interfaces.

- Experience gathering business requirements and delivering functional solutions.

- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills.

- Experience supporting production environments.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with

SAP S/4HANA Treasury

.

- Knowledge of BCM (Bank Communication Management).

- Experience with SWIFT or other banking integration platforms.

- Public sector or municipal government experience is an asset.

- SAP Treasury or SAP Financials certification is preferred.

Education

- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Finance, Accounting, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Nice to Have

- Experience with SAP Fiori.

- SAP Activate methodology.

- Agile/Scrum project experience.

- Treasury reporting and financial risk management exposure.
