Duties
Assist in supervising daily office operations, ensuring all activities align with company standards and policies
Lead and motivate team members to achieve targets, enhance customer satisfaction, and maintain high performance levels
Manage payroll processing, cash handling, and bookkeeping tasks accurately and efficiently
Support recruiting efforts by participating in interviewing, onboarding, and training new staff members
Coordinate with vendors for purchasing, product procurement, and store supplies to ensure optimal stock levels




Maintain excellent communication with team members and customers through phone etiquette and interpersonal skills

Skills
Negotiation skills to secure favorable terms with vendors and resolve customer concerns effectively
Robust organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks using time management techniques
Experience in marketing, pricing strategies, and sales management to drive performance
Excellent communication skills for training staff, conducting interviews, and engaging with customers
Knowledge of budgeting, merchandising, purchasing, and administrative procedures including bookkeeping and record keeping

Pay: $67,784.00-$86,057.55 per year
