I am looking for a Financial Director for my client based on the South Shore. This is a permanent position in hybrid mode.

Mission
Participate in the development of budgets and financial forecasts and monitor their implementation
Oversee accounting operations and ensure the reliability and compliance of financial information
Develop, optimize, and monitor dashboards and performance metrics




Conduct financial analyses to identify prospects for optimization and support decision-making
Contribute to the continuous improvement of financial, accounting, and operational processes
Work closely with internal teams to support the company’s strategic objectives
Coordinate with external partners, including financial institutions, auditors, and tax authorities
Ensure compliance with financial, tax, and regulatory obligations, as well as the application of best practices in governance

Your profile
Skilled accounting certification (CPA or equivalent)
Relevant experience in a finance role
Robust analytical skills and ability to prioritize
Ability to thrive in a changing environment
Excellent communication skills
Bilingual (French and English)
