Responsibilities and duties:
Oversee the operations of a high-volume store
Recruit and train staff, and schedule work shifts




Enforce company policies and procedures
Keep shelves well-stocked to maximize sales
Provide exemplary customer service
Manage inventory, sales, shrinkage, and merchandising

Job Requirements:
At least five years of experience in retail, including two years in management
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic workplace
Ability to manage priorities with excellent organizational skills, leadership, and customer service
Willingness to work days, evenings, and weekendsHuman resources management skills
Fluency in French
Valid work permit required

Salary:
Assistant Manager: $44,000–$48,000 per year
Manager: $50,000–$56,000 per year
