We're looking for an experienced Scrum Master to lead Agile delivery for large-scale Azure Databricks and Data & AI initiatives within a telecommunications environment. The ideal candidate brings solid SAFe and Scrum experience, solid financial and commercial management skills, and a working understanding of cloud-based data platforms.

What You'll Do

- Facilitate all Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and backlog refinement

- Coordinate Scrum of Scrums across multiple Agile teams and support PI Planning, Inspect & Adapt sessions, and other SAFe ceremonies

- Track sprint progress, team velocity, capacity planning, and delivery commitments

- Identify, escalate, and help resolve risks, issues, dependencies, and blockers

- Coordinate with Product Owners, Architects, Development, QA, Operations, and Vendor teams

- Manage project milestones, delivery timelines, release planning, and cross-team dependency resolution

- Prepare executive-level status reports, dashboards, and RAID logs

- Support delivery of Azure Databricks, Data Lake, Data Warehouse, ETL/ELT, analytics, and data migration initiatives

- Coordinate design reviews, discovery sessions, and solution refinement workshops

- Prepare and maintain Statements of Work, Work Authorizations, change requests,



and project financial reports

- Track project spend versus budget, support financial forecasting, and coordinate with Finance, Procurement, and Vendor Management teams

- Organize governance meetings, steering committee reviews, and leadership updates

What You Bring

- 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Project Manager

- Strong knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe Agile frameworks

- Experience facilitating PI Planning, Scrum of Scrums, and Agile Release Train activities

- Experience with Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar Agile tools

- Proven experience preparing SOWs, Work Authorizations, and project funding requests

- Experience with project budgeting, cost estimation, forecasting, and financial tracking

- Ability to coordinate effectively with Procurement, Finance, Vendor Management, and leadership teams

Nice to have

- Certified Scrum Master, SAFe Scrum Master, SAFe Agilist, PMI-ACP, or PMP certification

- Experience with Azure Cloud and Databricks delivery programs

- Experience managing vendor-funded or capital-funded projects

- Background in telecommunications domain

Work setup

- Hybrid in Brampton, ON

- 6 to 12 month contract
