Description Burnaby Blacktop Ltd. is looking for a reliable Seal Coating & Crack Sealing Technician to join our field team. This position involves hands-on work maintaining and protecting asphalt surfaces on commercial, industrial, and municipal projects.

Experience Required Must have 1 year experience as a Seal Coating & Crack Sealing Technician

Qualification What We’re Looking For

- Experience with seal coating and/or crack sealing is an asset
- Willingness to learn and take direction
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Physically capable of manual labour
- Solid attention to detail and safety
- Valid Class 5 driver’s license

Responsibilities What You’ll Do





- Perform seal coating and crack sealing on asphalt surfaces
- Prepare job sites, including cleaning, blowing, and masking
- Operate seal coating and crack sealing equipment
- Load and unload materials and equipment
- Ensure quality workmanship and attention to detail
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures
- Work effectively as part of a crew in outdoor conditions
