What the job involves

- Design and execute test plans for web and backend applications
- Work on real client products from your first day instead of internal training environments
- Identify, document, and track bugs across applications and systems
- Build and maintain automated test suites (UI, API, and integration testing)
- Collaborate with engineers through pair testing and AI-assisted QA workflows
- Use AI tools (Copilot, ChatGPT, etc.) to:
- Generate test cases and edge scenarios
- Improve test coverage and regression efficiency
- Debug and analyze failures faster

- Test AI-powered and agent-driven features, including:

- LLM outputs (accuracy, consistency, edge cases)
- Multi-step agent workflows and automations
- Context-aware and intelligent user experiences

- Validate systems where outputs are non-deterministic and require probabilistic thinking
- Contribute to building scalable QA systems that combine traditional testing with AI-driven validation
- Participate in Agile ceremonies including standups, sprint planning, and retrospectives
- Gain hands-on experience in modern quality engineering from day one
- Learn how to test AI-powered systems and agent-driven applications
- Work on real-world client products across different industries
- Develop skills in test automation, exploratory testing, and AI-assisted QA
- Collaborate closely with experienced engineers, product leaders, and teams
