This permanent full-time role involves extensive travel (50-70%) to clinical sites in the US and Canada. You'll collaborate directly with surgical teams, offering in-person and virtual case support, while ensuring device proficiency among medical staff. Key responsibilities include real-time troubleshooting and continuous training for surgeons and nurses.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide live case support during EVLP procedures
• Train clinical staff on device operation and protocols
• Develop educational materials for ongoing training




• Build relationships with transplant medical teams
• Report case outcomes and escalate issues as needed
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in nursing, biology, or related field
• Robust understanding of lung physiology and techniques
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to travel extensively and work flexible hours
