Join Gestion ADC! We are looking for a energetic and committed Site Manager / Head Chef to oversee our food service operations in Rouyn-Noranda, Quebec.

What You'll Do
Supervise daily kitchen operations.
Assist with meal preparation when needed.
Ensure excellent customer service.
Manage the on-site team, including scheduling, employee onboarding, HR matters, and maintaining a positive work environment.
Monitor inventory, place orders, and prepare financial reports.
Lead by example and provide hands-on leadership.

Working Conditions
Schedule: 5 days on / 2 days off.
Weekend availability may be required.

Qualifications
3 to 6 years of experience as a Head Chef, including team management experience.
Valid MAPAQ Food Safety Certification (required).
Robust leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
Comfortable using Microsoft Office and other computer applications.
Bilingualism (English/French) is considered an asset.
