Jay's Transportation Group Ltd. is one of the largest household moving companies in Saskatchewan. As an agent for Atlas Van Lines, our Moving Division offers local and long‑distance moving services. We pride ourselves on a 60‑year history of serving companies and individuals throughout Saskatchewan.

Responsibilities:

Support the General Manager in leading all planning, operations, and performance of the moving division.

Monitor receivables, review sales activity, and assist with collections and revenue performance.

Provide guidance to the sales team, assist with quoting, and lead planning for large or complex moves.

Oversee long‑haul dispatch, home delivery, and warehousing operations.

Hire, train, and coach managers and sales staff to maintain strong team performance.

Handle high‑priority customer concerns.

Travel to other Jays branches as required.

Qualifications:

Outgoing, self‑motivated,



customer‑focused individual with leadership potential.

Must have a valid Class 5 driver’s licence with an acceptable driver abstract.

Knowledge of Microsoft Office and strong communication skills.

Strong organisational and time‑management skills.

Willingness to learn and adapt to operational needs (flexible schedule and days as required).

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Previous experience in the household moving industry would be an asset, but is not required.
