Join NEOFACS as a Registered Clinician in New Liskeard, addressing the mental health needs of youth. This full time contract position offers a chance to provide psychotherapy, assessments, and counseling.
As part of the Child and Youth Mental Health team, you'll play a vital role in supporting children and families. This 18-month position requires self-motivation and collaboration within a multidisciplinary framework to deliver effective interventions and therapeutic services.
Key Responsibilities:
• Offer psychotherapy and brief counsel to children and families
• Perform clinical assessments to guide treatment approaches
• Work collaboratively with a diverse range of professionals
• Engage effectively with clients and their family systems
• Design and implement treatment strategies for youth mental health
Requirements:
• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or Psychology preferred
• Eligible registration with appropriate Ontario professional colleges
• Experience in children’s mental health settings
• Must hold a G2 driver's license and obtain a valid G license
• Bilingual skills in English and French encouraged
