Position Summary
Roshel is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and strategic Marketing Manager to lead and support the company’s marketing and communications activities within the armored vehicle manufacturing sector.

The Marketing Manager will serve as a key link between senior leadership, sales, engineering, and external stakeholders, ensuring consistent and effective representation of the company’s brand, capabilities, and products across domestic and international markets.

The role is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies, supporting business development initiatives, coordinating industry events and campaigns, and ensuring alignment between marketing activities and organizational objectives.

The successful candidate will demonstrate strong strategic thinking, excellent communication skills, sound judgment, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, technical, and highly regulated environment.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with company growth objectives across multiple brands, business units, and product lines within the defense, security, and government sectors.

Position the company’s armored vehicle products, capabilities, and brands within domestic and international markets.

Conduct market research, customer analysis, and competitor assessments to identify market opportunities, industry trends, and customer requirements.

Develop, monitor, and report on marketing KPIs, including lead generation, campaign performance, brand awareness, digital engagement, event ROI,



and business development support metrics.

Manage and control the annual marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources, cost optimization, and measurable return on investment across all marketing initiatives.

Support business development and sales teams through targeted marketing campaigns, proposals, presentations, capability statements, and client engagement materials.

Manage corporate branding, messaging, and promotional materials to ensure consistent and professional representation across all company brands and markets.

Develop and maintain digital marketing channels, including website content, social media platforms, email campaigns, and industry-specific communication channels.

Coordinate and support participation in trade shows, defense exhibitions, demonstrations, customer events, and industry conferences.

Prepare marketing presentations, product briefs, technical communication materials, and executive-level reports in collaboration with engineering, sales, and leadership teams.

Build and maintain relationships with industry stakeholders, government agencies, media contacts, strategic partners, and external marketing vendors.

Analyze marketing performance and provide regular reports and recommendations to senior management regarding marketing effectiveness and growth opportunities.

Support the development of bids, RFQs, RFPs, and tender submissions with relevant marketing, branding, and corporate capability content.





Ensure all marketing activities comply with applicable export control requirements, defense industry regulations, and company policies.

Travel domestically and internationally as required to support customer engagement, industry events, exhibitions, strategic initiatives, and business development activities.

Perform additional marketing, branding, communications, and strategic growth initiatives as assigned.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.

5+ years of marketing experience, preferably in manufacturing, defense, automotive, or industrial sectors.

Experience in B2B marketing, preferably in government, defense, or security-related industries.

Strong understanding of technical product marketing and industrial sales cycles.

Experience managing digital marketing platforms and CRM systems.

Solid written and verbal communication skills in English; additional languages are an asset.

Ability to interpret technical product information and translate it into clear marketing messaging.

Strong organizational and project management skills with ability to manage multiple priorities.

Experience with trade shows, exhibitions, or defense industry events is an asset.

Familiarity with export-controlled or regulated environments is an advantage.
