Channel Impact is hiring a Marketing Automation Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate is an experienced marketing automation professional with a passion for marketing and demand generation. You’ll have a data-driven mindset, an orientation toward process and excellent execution skills.

This salaried position includes benefits and is a remote worker role for candidates located in Canada.

What you'll be doing:

Executing marketing campaigns via email, forms and/or landing pages

Supporting list uploads and creating segmentations based on filter criteria

Managing data fields for hygiene and segmentation

Setting up invites and registration pages for marketing programs

Setting up custom objects and embedding in the email via Field Merges

Setting up automated programs

A/B testing

Providing reporting on programs and campaigns

Develop and scale marketing automation processes to support HR-focused client programs

What you bring:

3 - 5 years of Salesforce, Database Augmentation/Hygiene, Lead Scoring for a high-tech company. (REQUIRED)

Experienced using Eloqua and Poppulo marketing automation platform. (A PLUS)

Airtable or project management tools alike ( A PLUS)

Leverage AI tools to enhance marketing efficiency

Ability to formulate analyses independently,



to transform data into actionable information. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Experience with HTML, CSS for custom email and landing page builds.

Well-versed with excel.

A strong understanding of marketing automation best practices.

You work well with client stakeholders, sharing information and best practices with your counterparts.

You are a process driven thinker and comfortable with analysis and metrics.

You take ownership of the result and can independently determine what else needs to be done and how to do it.

You can make recommendations and take actions in the face of incomplete information and uncertainty.

You are fun to work with, and assume the best intentions with your colleagues and partners

BS/BA degree in a related field
