This role covers crucial maintenance and improvement activities in office. As part of West Coast Seniors Housing Management, you will report to the General Manager or Maintenance Manager. Your duties will range from conducting inspections to facilitating emergency preparedness, helping to create a nurturing atmosphere for residents and staff alike. Key Responsibilities:
Inspect and maintain operational equipment regularly
Schedule and supervise service work when necessary
Perform essential repairs across various systems
Assist in fire safety drills and emergency protocols
