POSITION DESCRIPTION:

The Havre des Cantons residence offers a friendly and stimulating work workplace. We have a dedicated and caring team for independent seniors and those experiencing mild loss of autonomy.

Daytime hours, 20 to 30 hours per week.
Salary: $19.25 to $20.75/hour.

ROLE AND GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
Bring plates to tables and provide personalized service
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure valuable teamwork
Contribute to the teams efforts to maintain cleanliness and sanitation in the kitchen and dinning room(s)
Greet residents in the dining room and ensure they are comfortable
In cooperation with the kitchen staff,



prepare daily and à la carte menus and answer residents' questions regarding meals and preparation
Perform other related duties
Take orders, noting specific requests and following-up with the kitchen staff

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:
Flexibility for the work schedule
knowledge of a Maitre D's responsibilities (an asset)
Customer service experience an asset
1 year of relevant experience will be considered an significant asset
